Application for Property Improvement
One of the functions that the HOA Board serves is to review all proposed alterations to your home or property that require a permit from The Village of Bolingbrook. The Village requires the Home Owners Association’s approval before they will review the permit application. This process is very simple and can be completed quickly and easily online, via fax, or via mail.
Step 1
Complete the Architectural Control Form found on the Resource Center page.
Step 2
Submit the Completed Form to the Board – Simply Scan the Document and Related Material and Attach it, and email it to ardelpartners@gmail.com
(You may also Mail the Completed Document – Mailing Address is Found At the Bottom of the Above Form).
Step 3
If You are Current with Your Dues and do not Have Any Outstanding Fines the Board Will Review Your Submission and Reply with our Decision within one Week.
